From a Kenya Law judgment to a published, versioned brief.
Pipeline
From a Kenya Law judgment to a published, versioned brief. Six steps, one job, and a human decision before anything goes live.
Pull the judgment from Kenya Law and archive it byte for byte with its checksum and retrieval time.
Split the judgment into paragraphs, lift the court, coram, citation and orders, and keep stable paragraph anchors.
Draft the brief: bottom line, the questions framed, the ratio, the orders and a plain-language summary.
Check every quotation against the judgment text, resolve each pinpoint, and flag what the model could not ground.
Add both the brief and the raw judgment to search, the citator, judge profiles and topics.
Publish the brief as a new version, with the judgment source attached and the diff recorded against the last one.

The job stops at verification and waits for you. Nothing is published without a moderator approving the brief.

When a job fails
A failed job keeps its judgment source and its partial analysis, so a retry never re-fetches from Kenya Law and never loses the archived text. Scanned judgments are OCR'd, flagged with their confidence and held for a human, because a mis-read paragraph number becomes a wrong pinpoint.
